Kawasaki Z1000 ABS Back For 2015

The Kawasaki Z1000 is nothing if not attention-grabbing, and for 2015 it will be back in Kawasaki’s lineup of motorcycles. Team Green calls it “Sugomi” styling, which combines its sculpted shape – invoking a crouching predator – with painstaking details like its special “Z” ignition key, machined aluminum steering stem bolt and the intricate “Z” motif seat cover. This is wrapped in a new color scheme for 2015 that combines Golden Blazed Green with Metallic Spark Black to create a dramatic motorcycle.

Snowjob

Is the current weather causing your commute a bit of problem? Sounds like a job for the Snowjob. Pictured here using a Kawasaki, the Snowjob conversion system turns your motorcycle into a jumping, wheelieing snowcycle in less than four hours. Derek Hine designed the Snowjob back in '73, but it looks like it could be just as handy today.

Steam Punk Bike

This steam-punk inspired bike is the work of LA based sculptor and, er, free thinker, Baron Margo. From what we can work out is uses an early eighties air-cooled Z1000 Kawasaki as a base and is cloaked in this hand beaten alloy and copper bodywork. Can’t imagine it’s much fun in a cross wind, though.
