Kawasaki Ninja description

2011 KAWASAKI Ninja ZX-14, A Pinnacle Performer and Worthy Successor to the Legendary Z-1 For more than 40 years, Kawasaki has shocked and awed the motorcycle world with its big-bore streetbikes. From the arm-stretching 500 cubic centimeter H1 of 1969 to the legendary 903 cubic centimeter Z-1 of 1973, and from the high-tech Ninja. ZX-10s and -11s of the 80s and 90s to the sublime ZX-12s and -14s of the new millennium, Team Green has continuously kicked butt and taken names in the large-displacement sportbike category.

It's Official: Kawasaki Announces The 2023 Ninja ZX-4RR KRT

Wed, 01 Feb 2023

Kawasakis latest pocket rocket will rev to over 15,000 rpm. Credit: Photos by Kawasaki One of the worst-kept secrets in motorcycling is now a secret no more: Kawasaki has announced the Ninja ZX-4RR KRT will be coming to the US in 2023, (hopefully) ushering in a revival of 400cc four-cylinder sportbikes that were all the rage in the 1990s. But unlike the current parallel-twin Ninja 400, which is essentially a budget bike dressed in sportbike clothes, this newest model is worthy of the ZX prefix, as it boasts proper suspension, twin radial brakes, a full electronics suite, and chassis geometry inspired by its ZX-6R and ZX-10R siblings – oh, and let’s not forget – a compact four-banger that will rev to over 15,000 rpm!

WSBK 2013: Aragon Race Report

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

BMW Motorrad Goldbet racer Chaz Davies scored his first career World Superbike double victory, taking both races at Spain’s Aragon circuit. The wins were the second and third of Davies’ WSBK career (the first came last year at Nurburgring for the ParkinGo Aprilia team) and the second ever double in the series for BMW. The Welsh rider and former AMA Pro Racing competitor has had some success at Aragon, getting his first career WSBK podium at the Spanish track in 2012.
