Kawasaki Ninja description
2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, The Ninja 250R has always been a great place for beginning riders to get started, but the littlest Ninja is a great choice for more experienced riders as well. A natural riding position and comfortable ergonomics combine with lightweight handling, easy controllability and great throttle response for pure riding pleasure on city streets as well as country roads. The gutsy 249cc parallel twin is tuned for a peppy, yet smooth and predictable power delivery. A silky smooth six-speed transmission lets riders exploit the 250R s powerband from that low-end grunt to the crowd pleasing and lively top-end rush. Last, but not least is the little Ninja s silver lining its excellent fuel economy. With less than 5500 mile on the odometer, this Ninja 250 is sure to put a smile on your face. There are a few very minor blemishes (shown in photos) on this, otherwise, very clean bike. Fri, 07 Jan 2011We all like to save a shilling if we can, especially these days, but sometimes, doing a job yourself, cutting corners and generally grubbing round being tight fisted actually ends up costing you more money than biting the bullet and putting your hand a bit deeper into your pocket to get a proper job done. The problem is, I come from a long line of, erm, frugal Yorkshire b####rds going back generations, and I seem to be hardwired as a bit of a skinflint. My dad, although never actually short of money, that I could remember, didn’t like spending it.
NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
Lady Moto Gymkhana: ‘You Ride Like A Girl’ – Video
Thu, 22 Mar 2012A time-tested putdown among boys and adult males is the “You throw like a girl” insult meant to highlight the targeted male’s inability to throw some object with the appropriate force needed to get the object moving and continuing along the correct trajectory. In other words, as the male of your species you should posses the innate ability to throw a ball, but instead you lob it overhand like a female that’s never thrown a pitch or a pass in her life. Of course, the action verb throw is replaceable with just about any action the insulter wishes.
