Kawasaki Ninja description

2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Proof That Less Really Can Be More! The Ninja 250R has always been a great place for beginning riders to get started, but modern sportbike technology means the littlest Ninja is a great choice for more experienced riders as well. A natural riding position and comfortable ergonomics combine with lightweight handling, easy controllability and great throttle response for pure riding pleasure on city streets as well as country roads. The gutsy 249cc parallel twin is tuned for a peppy, yet smooth and predictable power delivery. The beginner friendly low- and mid-range torque comes courtesy of its dual overhead camshafts and 2-into-1 exhaust system. A silky smooth six-speed transmission lets riders exploit the 250R s powerband from that low-end grunt to the crowd pleasing and lively top-end rush. Last, but not least is the little Ninja s silver lining its excellent fuel economy. This blue 250R is in like new condition. A fender eliminator and Two Brothers carbon pipe give this little Ninja a clean sportbike look. Lightweight and agile, the Ninja 250R boasts low ownership costs and is a dominating force in the entry-level sportbike category. Behind The Scenes: The Making Of the Ninja ZX-6R vs The Isle of Man Video

Fri, 15 Feb 2013

You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier.  This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.

2023 Kawasaki KX450SR Special Racer - First Look

Tue, 04 Oct 2022

Showa me the money I was all Pavlov dogging when I read that the KX450SR “features elite-level racing components, special tuning and design elements inspired by the Monster Energy Kawasaki race team,” only to suffer slight cotton mouth when I learned that consists of nothing more than new SHOWA suspension components front and rear. I mean, obviously great suspension is critical to motorcycles that leap 40 feet into the air, but I felt like I was led to believe there’d be more. In fact, the rest of the 2022 package was already so blinged out, there wasn’t much more Kawasaki could add.

2014 WSBK – Misano Results

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes won both races at Misano to stretch his championship lead to 39 points as we pass the halfway mark of the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The reigning champion scored his third double-win round of the season while his teammate Loris Baz added a pair of second-place finishes. David Salom on the Kawasaki’s factory EVO entry was also the top rider in the new sub-class for both races to top off a strong weekend for the Team Green.
