Kawasaki Ninja description

2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Low miles! - This 2010 Ninja 250 is very clean and has very low miles! It's been dropped on the right side, so it has a crack in the fairing and some scuffs on the bar end. Otherwise, it could pass as brand new. Rolling proof that less really can be more. The Ninja 250R has always been a great place for beginning riders to get started, but modern sportbike technology means the littlest Ninja is a great choice for more experienced riders as well — especially ones experienced at getting the most for their motorcycle dollar. While its twin-cylinder engine might be small, light and compact, its eight-valve head packs maximum power into every rpm. The 250R screams Ninja performance, from its sleek full fairing and 17-inch wheels, to its Uni-Trak rear suspension and triple petal-disc brakes.

2013 Ninjas in New York

Mon, 27 Aug 2012

In a very untraditional move, Kawasaki is readying to assail New York’s Times Square on September 13, with 2013 model Ninjas. A day-long, two-block party on Broadway, from West 45th to West 47th Streets, will celebrate the global debut of the new Ninjas with music, giveaways and celebrity guests. For those who cannot make it to the Big Apple, Kawasaki will be live streaming the “Ninja Times Square Takeover” on the Kawasaki.com website from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
