Kawasaki Ninja Nights, Laguna Seca, Only Two Days Away!

We’ve posted about this before, but we thought it was time for a quick reminder about the first ever Kawasaki Ninja Nights which will be happening this Saturday July 12, 2014 from 4:00–9:00pm next to the Kawasaki display in the Marketplace of Mazda Raceway. Festivities will include a three category bike show, featuring one class sponsored by Motorcycle.com. Voting for the show takes place from 4:30–7:30pm.

Coffee & Autographs With Villopoto This Weekend

Get up-close and personal with the newly crowned, four-time Supercross Champion, Ryan Villopoto this Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Kawasaki headquarters in Irvine, California. Villopoto and Team Monster Energy Kawasaki and the Pro-Circuit Kawasaki team riders will be on hand for a special autograph session from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday morning. WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report

Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
