Kawasaki Ninja description

Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet is offering for your bidding consideration this 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 650 motorcycle. This is a recent trade in. It is a very good running bike, but does have a few issues that would require a little TLC. It was either dropped or lightly layed down and I found the following flaws: bent gear shift, bent handlebars, cracked front fender, broken front brake lever, bent rear brake lever, a few scratches and bruises. I personally rode the bike and it rides fine now, but there are the flaws mentioned above. All are very easy bolt-on fixes with the exception of the scratches. I am supplying lots of pics so you can judge for yourself. The reserve has been set extremely low to compensate for the flaws mentioned and pictured. Now is your chance to get one heck of a deal on a nice motorcycle. If you have any questions about the bike, please call toll free at 1-888-757-2339. Please ask to speak to Al Boudreaux. He will be handling the sale of the bike.

The high bidder at or above the reserve agrees to submit a $500.00 deposit via Paypal no longer than 24 hours after the close of auction. The balance will become due no later than 7 days after the close of auction.

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

Mon, 21 May 2012

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. The cartridge kits have compression and rebound adjustment in both legs and are supplied with 1.5mm Flow Control Valves for a more accurate adjustment, all necessary hardware is supplied to convert the Big Piston Forks to take the cartridges but it is necessary to order the springs you require as these are not included, customer price for the 25SSK cartridges is £725.00 + VAT and are available for the following models:- Honda CBR1000RR 2012 Kawasaki ZX6-R 2009-2012 Kawasaki ZX10-R 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR600 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR1000 2009-2012 Contact K-Tech on: +44(0)1283 559007.

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
