Kawasaki Ninja description

2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX 750R, 2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R 750CC 6 Speed Four Stroke 17000 Miles. Aftermarket Vance & Hines Pipe (Carbon) Aftermarket LED low profile turn signals (Front) Aftermarket LED smoke tail/brake light with integrated rear turn signals. New Battery I bought this bike 6 months ago from a friend. He had it for 4 years. There are only two issues with an otherwise perfect bike. 1. Issue 1 - There is a scuff/scratch on the right lower fairing. The bike had never been down and the first day I got it I forgot the kickstand was down. As I was backing out of driveway said kickstand caught the drain at the end of driveway. The bike slowly went down but no other damage was done. It can easily be sanded and touched up. 2. Issue 2 When the bike is ridden for a while and shut down, it does not want to be re-started until it cools off a bit. The radiator is full with new coolant, so it may be a thermostat issue. The electrical fan works fine and comes on when necessary. Other than that she is fast and strong. Tires still have good tread and I am an older rider (as was my buddy) and never ragged the bike out. Any questions just ask. $3,900.00 7022806763

2014 WSBK – Assen Results

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.

Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes

Mon, 06 May 2013

This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.
