Kawasaki Ninja description

Up for sale is a 2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R. The bike fires up right away, the motor runs well, it has a clean open title, and has a key. I have been using a battery from our Hawk GT to fire this bike up, and I'll gladly use it to fire it up for you, but it is not included with the bike, as we need it for our Hawk. I'm only asking $1,300 but this bike will need a few parts, which I have listed below, with the corresponding prices I saw them being sold for.

Not optional parts it will need:
Right Barrel (where the kill switch and start button are) $15-$20
Battery $50
Hose for Master Cylinder $10
Muffler $50-? (there are a ton of muffler options out there for this bike. There are some cool Moto Gp style after market mufflers out there going for $50 new, and some used OEM ones starting at $50 as well. I saw a new Yoshimura Muffler for $250, and I'm sure there are even more expensive ones out there, it all depends on what you want. The bike previously had a Muzzy Muffler on it.)

Optional Parts:
Body Work $200-? (Depends on what you want, how much body work you want, and what condition you want. You can get new aftermarket full body work for $400)
Right Brake Lever $15
Gauge Bracket $30 (the current one is tweaked)
Passenger Seat $40

If you don't want to pick up the bike in person, you are more than welcome to contract someone from uship, or similar service.  However I will send you a form to print out and sign and re email to me, releasing me from any liability after the motorcycle leaves my property.

Get down on your knees and play

This remarkable shot of Eddie Lawson is taken by Rich Chenet. It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
