Kawasaki Ninja description

NO RESERVE. This Ninja is my 3rd ZX12R--bought as an investment. It belongs either in a museum or on the road as the fastest street-legal machine you can own. Started up every month to clear the injectors and mix the tank fuel up. Always garaged obviously; adult owned; reserve right to cancel listing as advertised elsewhere. Full service in June, 2015 with invoice available. Shipping up to you. Will not ship until all cash is in hand. No trades or scams. Straight up bike for cash deal. No test rides. I will demo for you. For sale AS-IS and WHERE-IS. No deposit return if you change your mind.

Steam Punk Bike

Wed, 19 Jan 2011

This steam-punk inspired bike is the work of LA based sculptor and, er, free thinker, Baron Margo. From what we can work out is uses an early eighties air-cooled Z1000 Kawasaki as a base and is cloaked in this hand beaten alloy and copper bodywork. Can’t imagine it’s much fun in a cross wind, though.

Recall for 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT

Thu, 30 Jun 2011

Kawasaki is issuing a recall on the 2011 Vulcan Classic LT tourer due to a risk of damage to the tires’ inner tubes. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the inner tubes on some Kawasaki Vulcan Classic LT models may become pinched near the valve stem during mounting. In some cases, this may result in a loss of air pressure.

Motorcycle Sidecar is Literally a Car

Tue, 21 Jul 2009

Adjectives fail me.  This almost seems like one of those sci-fi movies where an evil scientist tries to cross two deadly animals together to create the ultimate killing machine. So what are we looking at?  It seems to be the deformed love child of a Citroën Xantia and a Kawasaki 1000 RX. This custom project, called “Snaefell“, cost its creator about 15000 Euros and 10 years of part time work.
