1977 KAWASAKI KZ-750B OFFERED FOR SALE IS MY 1977 KAWASAKI 750b TWIN. THIS IS A STRONG RUNNING, TOTALLY RELIABLE MOTORCYCLE. IT STARTS FIRST OR SECOND KICK EVERY TIME, PULLS STRONG, HANDLES, STEERS AND STOPS GREAT. THIS IS A RARE, TWIN CYLINDER BIKE WHICH HAS BEEN MODIFIED INTO A TASTEFUL CAFE RACER. SINGLE SEAT, LOW MX STYLE BARS, CUSTOM 2 INTO ONE EXHAUST, (BEAUTIFUL VERTICAL TWIN TONE, NOT AT ALL OBJECTIONABLE), AND PROPERLY JETTED MIKUNI BS38 CARBS WITH K&N PODS. 5 SPEED TRANS SHIFTS PERFECTLY, STRONG CLUTCH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SLIPPAGE WHATSOEVER. WSBK 2012: Assen Results
Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. 2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.
WSBK: 2012 Monza Results
Mon, 07 May 2012It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.
