Selling my like new custom 1982 Kawasaki CSR650 cafe racer motorcycle. There has been a ton of custom work done to this bike. Runs great and fun to ride. I get complements and thumbs up all the time. It has been re-built from the ground up. Powder coated frame and wheels, custom paint, custom leather seats, custom front and rear fenders, custom gas tank. Air box removed and replaced with pod filters, Carbs re-jetted for proper running, The gas tank is from a 1975 Honda CB750 which has been stretched up by 1 inch and knee inserts cut out. LIKE NEW Michelin tires, NEW chain, BRAND NEW custom paint, All electrics are in great condition and some components have been upgraded, Custom made brake light, LED turn signals, Modified mounting locations of headlight and gauges, Exhaust with heat wrap, Cafe racer seat, Custom front fender, Powder Coated Frame, Wheels and front forts, Custom Rear Frame Fabrication, New License plate holder, Polished engine components, Customized foot controls, New hand grips, New Clubman handle bars, Rebuilt Front Forks with New Seals & Fork Oil, New Rear Shocks. Credit: Photos by Kawasaki One of the worst-kept secrets in motorcycling is now a secret no more: Kawasaki has announced the Ninja ZX-4RR KRT will be coming to the US in 2023, (hopefully) ushering in a revival of 400cc four-cylinder sportbikes that were all the rage in the 1990s. But unlike the current parallel-twin Ninja 400, which is essentially a budget bike dressed in sportbike clothes, this newest model is worthy of the ZX prefix, as it boasts proper suspension, twin radial brakes, a full electronics suite, and chassis geometry inspired by its ZX-6R and ZX-10R siblings – oh, and let’s not forget – a compact four-banger that will rev to over 15,000 rpm!
Colin Edwards Joins Forward Racing CRT Squad for 2012
Fri, 02 Sep 2011Colin Edwards will join the Forward Racing team to compete in the 2012 MotoGP season as a Claiming Rule Team entry. Edwards, known as a good development rider and an even better quote machine, is the first rider to officially sign on with a CRT. Forward Racing may be more familiar to some race fans by its former name, Hayate Racing, the outfit that ran the Kawasaki ZX-RR with Marco Melandri in 2009 after Kawasaki pulled out of MotoGP racing.
