For sale a 1983 Kawasaki KX250 C1 . The bike was torn down to the bare frame and built back up with fresh paint and some new parts . It has all new plastics , decal kit , still waiting for the tank decals should have them tomorrow , new chain , tires , tubes , liners , grips , front brake lever . The motor runs great and was not rebuilt the transmission shifts through all gears with no problems .( The bike will be sold with a bill of sale only ) and this is a buy it now auction if you buy it you must make arrangments to send a usps money order personal check once cleared or cash . I have freinds that transport bikes and I will help setting that up for you . If you are overseas I can crate the bike for shipping for a extra $65.00 . Kyle Dansie purchased his 1986 Kawasaki Ninja ZX 900 on eBay for $500. At the time, it had roughly 18,000 miles on it with only the tires, frame and suspension in working order. Kyle then managed to convert this motorcycle not only to run without gasoline, but to harness solar power to charge it.

Speed and Fuel TV to Broadcast Kawasaki’s Zero to Hero Challenge Starting This Week

Early this year, thousands of drag racers chased the dream and entered Kawasaki’s nationally-promoted “Zero to Hero Challenge,” hoping for the opportunity to face-off against multi-time champion Rickey Gadson and take home a new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R. Beginning this week, Speed and Fuel TV will broadcast the Zero to Hero Challenge across several time slots. Both cable networks will treat viewers to an inside look at the process all contestants went through on their way to challenging Gadson on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway drag strip in May.

2013 Kawasaki Z800 Announced but US Availability Unlikely

Kawasaki announced it will produce a new mid-sized naked streetfigther: the Z800. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look likely the Z800 will be imported to the U.S., but we’ll have to wait for an official word from Kawasaki. The 2013 Kawasaki Z800 is powered by an 806cc inline-four engine with styling inspired by its larger sibling, the Z1000.
