im selling my 2012 kx 450, bought it brand new. its been well taken care of with 56 hours all together on it. I run full synthetic oil in it and change it every 5 hours.  I have rebuilt it and also has a new clutch with only 10 hours on them. it also has brand new renthal twin wall handle bars, bar clamps and renthal chain and sprockets. has all black plastic and stock green plastic that comes with it as well. never had a problem with this bike by far my favorite bike I have ever owned. It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.

Kawasaki reported the fourth-consecutive profitable quarter from its Motorcycle & Engine business, with an operating income of 1.5 billion yen (US$14.6 million) for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2013. Through the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, Kawasaki’s Motorcycle & Engine division earned a operating income of 4.0 billion yen (US$38.9 million), compared to a loss of 2.0 billion yen over the same period in the year before.
