Kawasaki KDX description

Up for a quick sale my Kawasaki KDX200.  I just agreed to buy a 2011 Gas Gas 300 EC so this bike must go. The only thing it needs is a Acerbis Rear Tail Light Lens.  It runs, shifts, brakes, accelerates and idles as it should. I'm 60 years old and I have owned this bike since 2011. I have kept it in good condition and always wanted it to feel like new every time I rode it. It has good tires on it and a fresh Standard Bore Piston in 2016. I've been riding it in Family Enduros and it has a Clear Ohio.  I am not suggesting that a person ride this on public roads but it can be done legally.  This bike was designed for off road use and I titled it because on enduro's it is required that your bike have a license tag on it.

Kawasaki Z1000 ABS Back For 2015

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

The Kawasaki Z1000 is nothing if not attention-grabbing, and for 2015 it will be back in Kawasaki’s lineup of motorcycles. Team Green calls it “Sugomi” styling, which combines its sculpted shape – invoking a crouching predator – with painstaking details like its special “Z” ignition key, machined aluminum steering stem bolt and the intricate “Z” motif seat cover. This is wrapped in a new color scheme for 2015 that combines Golden Blazed Green with Metallic Spark Black to create a dramatic motorcycle.

Steam Punk Bike

Wed, 19 Jan 2011

This steam-punk inspired bike is the work of LA based sculptor and, er, free thinker, Baron Margo. From what we can work out is uses an early eighties air-cooled Z1000 Kawasaki as a base and is cloaked in this hand beaten alloy and copper bodywork. Can’t imagine it’s much fun in a cross wind, though.

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Mon, 24 Oct 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.
