Kawasaki H1 description

1975 Kawasaki H1

On Nov-03-16 at 08:59:00 PDT, seller added the following information:

1975 Kawasaki H1. You will never see another H1 like  this bike. It came from the factory with double disk brakes from Kawasaki. Racing pipes from Denco along with the stingers to make it so you could street ride. I bought this bike about 8 years ago and paid a lot for the bike, I bought the bike from a guy that said it was in the World Wheel of show in Florida. and was told this bike had never been started since new and from looking at the carbs and pistons and different parts of the bike I believe him to be a man of his word. I have someone who has help me out for years on these old Kawasaki has gone through the bike and we did not need to do much to  make it road worthy. Most of we have done is to give it a face lift, when we got the bike it had a paint job back from the 70.s the paint job could not be saved and was fading in several places. So here is what all we have done to the bike.

  • a: Frame was powder coated-and parts that where chromed where left alone.
  • b; New tires and tubes put on the bike-Lester wheels and these also came on the bike from new where powder coated and the rest of the wheel was polished.
  • c; The engine cases where taken off and polished the cases where chromed at the time and I did not like the look of them being chromed.
  • d: Gas tank and tail piece and side panels where repainted and I love the looks of the new paint job . this was done several years ago.
  • f: Did have the tack and speedo cover also powder coated.
  • g: Had the racing champers re-chromed
  • H: The bike has been service up several times since I have had the bike new oil etc.

The bike came to me with a: The Lester wheels-Racing Chambers-A lot of chrome work already done on the bike. A lot of the parts had already been gold plated-Speed shifter and Speed brake for the back-I love the set up-I have a picture of the pistons it was board 1 over-which makes it a rocket ship for driving.- The engine was painted black witch I striped and polished. I did a 10 day auction on this bike I am taking to Kingsport to have it finished putting back together after getting it powder coated. So if the bike sells it will be a turn key bike and the only one like it one the planet ,I am sure. There will be 100 picture on shawn davis bikes later on this week. Bike comes with a bill of sale I can get a title for around 250 and it will take several weeks. Will always conceder trades -cars or Motorcycle's. If interested please call me Shawn Davis 423-956-3002
