This GPz550 is pretty much complete. It will need some work to bring it out of moth balls or use as a parts bike or Vintage racing. The engine spins. It is in very good physical condition but will need the typical cleaning of the fuel system and flushing the fluids out. I have never had it running so I know little more than I have told you here.. Carbs? I have no idea as I have not opened them up. This bike is just too nice to part. If this bike does not sell then I will be parting it out. McGuinness had recorded third-place finishes at the Superbike, Superstock and the second Supersport TT races earlier in the week, but the active leader in Isle of Man TT wins was stuck at 19 wins all week. That finally changed and the Honda TT Legends racer finally earned win #20 in the final race of this year’s event, the Senior TT.

Mon, 11 Jun 2012Ryan Farquhar earned his third ever Isle of Man TT win in the return of the Lightweight TT class. Absent since the 2009 Isle of Man TT with 250cc machines, the 2012 iteration of the Lightweight class features 650cc twins such as the Kawasaki Ninja 650 (or ER-6F, as it’s known on that side of the Pond) which most competitors rode. The race was moved back to Saturday, June 9, after rain forced organizers to cancel the initially-scheduled Friday race.
