Indian Chief description

This bike comes with a lot of extras that include the windshield, Tach (lens of the tach is plastic and is cracking), Many items that have Indian milled into them. See the pictures. It also has hooker exhaust and saddle bags. It could use some cleaning yet, I'm not a great detailer. There are some chips and imperfections in the paint but over all condition of the paint and chrome is good. This bike runs and rides excellent. We purchased the bike from a company that did testing for Indian. The odometer was not hooked up during this time so it has only been hooked up while we have had the bike so it currently says 400 miles on it. Indian Motorcycle Rolls in to Cleveland for the IMS

This weekend the Progressive International Motorcycle Show (IMS) rolls into Cleveland’s I-X Convention Center this weekend. Following much of the same schedule that was used in the Washington, DC IMS event, Indian Motorcycle will keep the program action-packed for all attendees who visit the Indian display area. As part of Indian’s efforts to support and honor our military, admission to Stars and Stripes Saturday Sponsored by Indian Motorcycle will be free to all military personnel with a valid military ID.

2014 Indian Chief Vintage Auction for Operation Ride Home

Indian Motorcycles is donating a 2014 Chief Vintage to an auction benefiting Operation Ride Home, a campaign helping U.S troops travel home to spend the holidays with their families. Organized by Jack Daniel’s and the Armed Services YMCA, Operation Ride Home has assisted in bringing 802 service members and their families travel home from their base of deployment during the last two holiday seasons. The rebirth of the Indian Motorcycle Manufacturing Company continues with the unveiling of the first new custom model under Polaris Industries ownership at the New York City International Motorcycle Show. Dubbed the Indian Big Chief Custom, the one-off special is a showcase for the brand’s Genuine Indian Accessories, offering a glimpse of the possibilities for customization. The Indian Big Chief Custom was created by a crew led by the head of Polaris’s Industrial Design team Greg Brew from a 2014 Chief Classic.
