2020 Indian FTR1200 Rally Vs. Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC

Fri, 02 Oct 2020

Twin Sons of Different Mudders Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by Sean Matic When you’re not scrambling to make ends meet or get ahead, it seems like you’re constantly rallying the troops, possibly ’round the flag but usually just trying to instill pep. It’s always something, and both of those things are so ingrained in my psyche that I barely even miss roosting on the track or burning up the backroads. All 50 States Ranked For Highest Motorcycle Ownership Per Capita

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

In a recent study done ranking each of the 50 states (and the District of Columbia) by motorcycle ownership per capita, South Dakota ranked the best. There are a total of 69,284 motorcycles registered in the state, according to the Department of Transportation, and with a total population of 816,598, when you do the math, there’s roughly 12 people in South Dakota for every motorcycle. Considering South Dakota is the home of the Sturgis rally, its ranking on this list may not be much of a surprise.
