I gave it a cleaning but did notice that there is some chrome starting to lift on the rear wheel and the pushrod tubes. The bike RUNS great. It has the 100 inch powerplus coke bottle head motor. Beach bars were installed and all custom work done by previous owner. Bike is for sale locally and auction can end at any time. Bike has 4000 miles on it. Motor was done at 2300 miles.

Indian Motorcycle to Reveal 2015 Lineup at Sturgis
Wed, 25 Jun 2014Indian Motorcycle made a splash at last year’s Sturgis Rally, making its rebirth under Polaris Industries and revealing its Thunderstroke 111 V-Twin powered 2014 lineup. It should come as no surprise then that Indian announced it will reveal its all-new 2015 model lineup at this year’s Sturgis Rally. Although Indian makes the “all-new” claim, we expect a similar lineup to what’s currently available (Chief, Chief Vintage and Chieftain), perhaps with a revision or a new spin on an existing model.
Indian Announces Removal of Brake Throttle Override
Sat, 02 Aug 2014Today, Indian Motorcycle Product Director, Gary Gray, told us that, because of feedback from journalists and the riding public, effective immediately, the Brake Throttle Override (BTO) system developed to prevent unintended acceleration in its ride-by-wire throttle system will not be installed on any of the 2015 Indian models. Additionally, owners of a current Indian who wish to have the BTO disabled on their motorcycle can simply take it to an Indian dealer to have its ECU flashed with the new software. Although the BTO has been present on all Indian models since their release last year, we first noticed its effects on a group ride at the Roadmaster’s introduction.
