Here at Smokin Joes Motorsports we are the oldest Indian Motorcycle dealer in the nation and we are putting up our own 2000 Indian Millennium Chief up for sale, this is a collector dream. There were only 250 of these ever made and this is the last motorcycle to go to a dealer, #250 went to the president of Indian when it was in Gilroy Cal. There is no scratches or blemishes on this unit it is brand new and has been a display unit for our dealership since we got it delivered to our store from the factory. The engine is a S&S Super Stroke 88 motor with a Five speed transmission, this motorcycle is all stock and come with what you see in the photos. Pre-Polaris Indians Recalled for Cracking Rear Rims
Fri, 30 Aug 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall on various Indian motorcycles from model years 2009 to 2013 because of a risk of the rims cracking. All of the recalled motorcycles were from the old Indian designs before the storied brand was acquired by Polaris Industries. But as the new owners of Indian Motorcycles, Polaris is left with the responsibility of correcting defects from previous designs.

Tue, 02 Jun 2020The Guardian and Pursuit names will apparently be the versions based on the new Indian Challenger. Introduced at the end of last year, the Indian Challenger immediately attracted some attention thanks to very interesting "stuffing". It is equipped with a liquid-cooled overhead engine with a displacement of 1769cc PowerPlus - the most powerful V-twin in Indian history, it develops 122 hp at 5500 rpm and 178 Nm at 3800 rpm.
