Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 2 - 3 working days. Most orders confirmed online before 12.00 will be received the next working day depending on your location. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

Damaged, Incorrect Orders or Shortages

China Parts will replace the item as soon as you report the problem to us. Please remember to quote your ebay order number with all correspondence. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund you in full including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights

For incorrect, damaged or not as described items, you must notify us in writing no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. We will require that you return the related items back to us either before the replacement can be sent to you, or within 2 working days after the replacement is dispatched, at the discretion of China Parts. We will refund you the return postage only if you include the relevant receipt. The Maximum return postage will be the equivalent cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class "Recorded Signed For" services for up to 1kg.

If you wish to report an item ‘ not received’ please allow 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders following confirmation of dispatch before making a report.

Returns Policy
China Parts Limited offers a 14 day returns policy to all ebay retail customers as detailed in other parts of our product catalogue and in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. The Purchaser must return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. The product must be in the condition in which it was delivered and where applicable, in the internal transparent sealed packaging with unbroken seals and unused in any way. The Purchaser is responsible for return postage costs.

Digital Download products & User Manuals, where The Company has provided information to the purchaser, may not be returned for refund. All downloaded documents and images are copyright China Parts Limited. The Purchasers statutory rights are not affected.
