(PLASTICS 99-02) IT IS UP TO YOU TO DO THE RESEARCH ON WHAT YOU NEED. WHAT YOU DO KNOW, IS THAT THESE ITEMS ARE OFF OF A 2002 HUSABERG FC501.

Includes:  2002 HUSABERG FC501 --  GREAT CONDITION COMPLETE CYLINDER HEAD FROM RUNNING 2002 501 BERG. (FULL BOTTOM END ENGINE AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT LISTING. THIS ALLOWS EACH PART TO BE SOLD BACK OVERSEAS. SINCE WHOLE ENGINES ARE NOT ALLOWED)  ENGINE HAD ENOUGH COMPRESSION IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN THE ENGINE OVER BY HAND ON THE MAGNETO. I COULD BARELY GET IT OVER. BUT MOTION IS VERY CLEAN. CYLINDER AND PISTON SOUND GREAT. SINCE THIS HAS PARTS REMOVED, I CAN SHIP THIS THROUGH THE SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM!  SEE PHOTOS. WHAT IS PHOTOGRAPHED, IS WHAT WILL ARRIVE.  GREAT CONDITION. ONLY ENGINE FOR LATE MODEL HUSABERG ON EBAY.

Condition: GREAT condition. All items have been removed, swiped clean, I have not wiped clean valve combustion area.  I have not scrubbed to a shine, each and ever item.

Damage if any:  Not that I know of. everything appears GREAT. Engine had amazing compression.

1,228 KTM and Husaberg Motorcycles Recalled

KTM and subsidiary Husaberg have initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010 and 2011 models due to a problem with their handlebar clamps. The recall campaign includes the 2011 KTM 450 EXC, KTM 530 EXC, Husaberg FE 570S, Husaberg FS 570 and the 2010-2011 KTM 690 Enduro R. The recall affects 1,228 units.

When Pierer Industrie AG purchased Husqvarna from BMW in January, it was obvious some major changes were on their way. Pierer Industries AG is owned by Stefan Pierer, who happens to be chief executive officer of KTM, which also happens to be the parent company of Husaberg. That’s three European motorcycle manufacturers with strong off-road lineages in the same family.

2014 Husaberg Lineup Announced – Final Edition Before Husqvarna Merger

Husaberg may soon be no more, but that hasn’t stopped the Austria-based Swedish brand from unveiling its 2014 lineup of seven models. News broke last week of plans to reunite Husaberg with Husqvarna, to be known as Husqvarna Sportmotorcycle GmbH as of October 2013, making lineup of of seven off-road bikes including both two- and four-stroke models the final traces of the Husaberg as an independent brand. These 2014 models will also give us some indication of what to expect from the new Husqvarna models.
