2000 HUSABERG 600 / ENGINE MOTOR CASES (nice condition / no cracks or damage / no chain damage / still has the clutch slave which is in great shape / needs 2 small bolts for the slave mount / all threads in the cases are in great shape / no repair welds). this is from a good running complete bike that was parted out. the overall condition of this bike was nice and everything in good working order. Reunited: Husqvarna and Husaberg Merge
Thu, 16 May 2013When Pierer Industrie AG purchased Husqvarna from BMW in January, it was obvious some major changes were on their way. Pierer Industries AG is owned by Stefan Pierer, who happens to be chief executive officer of KTM, which also happens to be the parent company of Husaberg. That’s three European motorcycle manufacturers with strong off-road lineages in the same family.
1,228 KTM and Husaberg Motorcycles Recalled
Mon, 06 Jun 2011KTM and subsidiary Husaberg have initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010 and 2011 models due to a problem with their handlebar clamps. The recall campaign includes the 2011 KTM 450 EXC, KTM 530 EXC, Husaberg FE 570S, Husaberg FS 570 and the 2010-2011 KTM 690 Enduro R. The recall affects 1,228 units.
2014 Husaberg Lineup Announced – Final Edition Before Husqvarna Merger
Thu, 23 May 2013Husaberg may soon be no more, but that hasn’t stopped the Austria-based Swedish brand from unveiling its 2014 lineup of seven models. News broke last week of plans to reunite Husaberg with Husqvarna, to be known as Husqvarna Sportmotorcycle GmbH as of October 2013, making lineup of of seven off-road bikes including both two- and four-stroke models the final traces of the Husaberg as an independent brand. These 2014 models will also give us some indication of what to expect from the new Husqvarna models.
