Hard to find, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN, ALL ORIGINAL OEM, ORIGINAL OWNER, Honda XR-650-R !! I am the original owner, purchased locally. You will see this bike is absolutely like new! Then bike has NEVER had any problems and has NEVER been modified, or worked on. I have never taken the bike out of town or even trailered it. I have ridden it only 5 times, directly from my house, and it has always been garaged. You can see from the pictures how clean and like new the bike actually is. Everything is original, from the grips to the tires. Look at the engine oil and radiator fluid, clean as the first day I purchased it. Stickers are still on the plastics, and you can even see the OEM white grease on the chain! The bike has been stored in my garage with the fuel drained from the fuel tank and carburetor for the past 3 years. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
Honda Developing V4 MotoGP Production Racer
Fri, 22 Jun 2012Honda is reportedly developing a production racer based on its RC213V racebike that could be sold to teams looking to compete in MotoGP. The new racebike is expected to be of a lower-spec than the RC213V prototype but perform better than a CRT machine with a production-based engine. According to a report by racing site MotoMatters and French magazine Moto Journal, the new V4-engined production racer will be sold to race teams instead of being leased, as is the case with current satellite teams and their race prototypes.
