Honda XR tech info
Honda XR description
The Honda XR400R was built with the serious off-road enthusiasts in mind! This 2001 Honda XR400R has been well maintained, starts right up and runs great. There are some scratches from offroad use, but the bike is in overall very nice shape (see detailed pictures). The bike is all stock with the exception of aluminum bars, aluminum skidplate, the XR’s Only Competion Exhaust and a Mikuni Pumper Carburetor ($400 extra!). The Accelerator Pump Carburetor not only makes the XR400R a one-kick start performance-minded machine, but it also eliminates the very noticeable flat spot that exists right off the bottom of the powerband. This is the carburetor that should have been on the XR400R from the factory! These bikes are getting harder and harder to find and this is your chance to pick one up for a great price! The XR is a slim, nimble handling bike with outstanding steering, air cooling and is the choice of 90 percent of adventure tour/off-road rental companies for a reason. The XR models are known for their outstanding reliability and performance and this bike won’t let you down. Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy and feel free to ask any and all questions. See detailed pictures provided and if you need more, I am willing to take additional or show the bike in person. This bike is for local pickup only. Shipping IS NOT included and would be 100% buyer's responsibility. Once payment is received, I will store the bike at no charge until you pick up or arrange for shipping (up to 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed upon). This bike is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. This bike is sold with a bill of sale only (no title issued for this bike). |
