Honda XR description

2000 Honda XR600R in very good shape! Clean title! The 600s are very hard to find this new and in this good of shape. This is the last year they made them. It's an absolute monster of a bike! Does have white brothers silencer on it. Needs nothing! Rear tire is pretty wore out but I have one to give with it that still has good tread on it. Has new rear brakes

“The Retriever” is Swedish for Tow Bike

Wed, 22 Oct 2008

The Honda GL1800 Goldwing may be a versatile vehicle, but a Sweden based company has developed theirs to be something much different; a recovery vehicle. The bike can allegedly be driven like any other motorcycle when you are not towing a car behind you.

The Japanese oddity to naming teams

Wed, 28 Jul 2010

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. 2012 GSX-R1000 arrives at Visordown HQ

Wed, 23 May 2012

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
