Honda XR description

I am selling my 1997 Honda XR 400 dirt bike. The bike has a ton of upgrades for speed and jumping. The Bike is a XR 400 but it has been big board to make it a 440. The frame has been switched out for a 250 frame to make it lighter. Also it has a FMF pipe on it, you can see in the images it has all upgraded plastics, seat and gas tank with an extra seat and gas tank. The bike comes with the 2 extra sets of plastics, 3 extra tires & 1 of the tires still has the tag on it and has never been pre-owned, the other 2 have tons of tread on them. This has been a great bike for me and has been a lot of fun to ride!! I have title in hand ready to go!! Honda has patented a technical solution from the arsenal of the Gold Wing tourer.

Thu, 02 Apr 2020

The modern Honda Gold Wing is equipped with a double wishbone front suspension, which not only increases ride comfort, but also allows the geometry of the motorcycle not to change during acceleration and braking. Lever suspension, which stabilizes the bahavior, may appear on other models of the company in the future. This is hinted at by patent images of similar systems integrated into the design of completely different motorcycles - the “classic” CB1100 and the small-capacity C125 Super Cub.

Words fail me. Presumably, if your pockets are deep enough to buy all the engine parts from Kitaco (how about a DOHC four-valve head?), this sort of performance is within the reach of every C90 Honda owner. All those cabbies doing their 'knowledge' would make mincemeat of London traffic with this sort of acceleration.
