After a successful 2013 campaign in the 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, where Honda’s own Jeff Tigert won the Pikes Peak 450 class and set a new record, Honda is stepping up its involvement for 2014, as both a sponsor and race participant, with plans to field products in seven distinct race classes. In addition, Honda will be working with the AMA and the Pikes Peak sanctioning body on improvements which will provide new levels of safety to the Motorcycle / ATV / UTV / Sidecar competitors. 55th Anniversary Edition Honda Little Cub Announced for Japan

Honda revealed a pair of special edition versions of the 50cc Little Cub for the Japanese market to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the original Super Cub C100. The Super Cub is one of the longest continually-produced model series in the world, with Honda producing more than 85 million units since 1958. That averages out to about 1.55 million Cubs produced per year.

Honda announced in a dry-as-you-like press release that a new bike was coming.  Not another motorcycle-cum-medical aid like the DN-01 or Integra, this is going to be a proper bike. A bike in a similar vein to previous bikes in the RC series, the RC30, RC45 and RC51, aimed squarely at winning races. So what's it going to look like?
