This bike is in excellent condition. Under 10,000 miles! Vance and Hines pipes sound great. Mustang Seat -comfortable - no damage. Kuryakyn Constellation lights look awesome on this bike! Brand new leather saddle bags. Slight scuffs on pipe and chrome covers in places which one would expect with a 2006. Nothing significant. Bike runs out perfect. Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass
Fri, 01 Apr 2011This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.
OEMs Plug into Electric Bikes
Sat, 01 Nov 2008KTM introduced its prototype electric motorcycle earlier this week, and electric bike manufacturer Zero Motorcycles almost immediately responded by opening sales on its 2009 Zero X dirt bike (look for our review of the 2008 model next week!). But these two companies aren’t the only ones exploring the possibilities of electric-powered motorcycles. In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.
