The Honda VTX1300R Retro, which combined traditional cruiser styling with cast-alloy wheels (and tubeless tires) in place of the wire wheels did well on the showroom floor, with first-year sales over 8000 units. This bike has been owned by two owners with the latter being a senior citizen. One well cared for extra sharp bike with extra sounding after market pipes. Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.

Honda Reports Q4 2011-2012 Results
Fri, 27 Apr 2012Honda set a new record for most motorcycles sold in any quarter over the first three months of 2012. The Japanese manufacturer sold 3.456 million motorcycles over the quarter ended March 31, 2012, capping off its 2011-2012 fiscal year. By comparison, Honda sold just 2.934 million units over the same quarter last year.
