Honda VTX description

I purchased it from the original owner in the spring of 2005, when I retired from the military. It had around one , zero miles on it when I got it. All the mods were installed by my local honda dealer. Only thing left, is custom wheels. There are so many aftermarket parts on my bike, i'm sure I'll forget to list something : Vance and Hines pipes Supreme Ledgend forward controls Kewl Metal Custom Triple Tree Set Kuryakyn mini lamps and signals up front as well as in the back Custom seat Chromed forks Shorter rear shocks Front Radiator Scoop Side mount license plate w/ brake light Headlamp relocation braket Smooth rear fender Handlebars w/ digital speedo/tach (this came from the National Geico bike) Kuryakyn Pro-R Hyper Charger w/ Kamp;N filter Passenger pegs Backoff brake relay Power commander Lots of chrome covers and goodies

Casey Stoner To Be Named MotoGP Legend

There’s no question Casey Stoner was (and still is) one of the best riders ever to throw a leg over a motorcycle. His accomplishments on two wheels, especially his championships on both Ducati and Honda machinery, are proof. Next week at the MotoGP round at Phillip Island in Australia, Stoner will join a distinct group of riders as he will be officially inducted into the MotoGP Hall of Fame.

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.

Honda Fury Special Edition Controversy?

It seems the idea that there is a “special edition” Honda Fury has achieved urban-legend levels. Motorcycle.com recently spoke to Jon Seidel of American Honda to clarify some of the controversy generated in www.furyforums.com regarding a special edition Fury model. According to Seidel, no mention was ever made to the media during the Fury’s press unveiling or in any press material or at any other time, “that any Fury color or specific Fury model was a special edition.” Seidel stated that he also queried Honda’s product planning department about the existence of any special edition models and reported that no information had ever been released or implied from Honda Product Planning as to the existence of a Fury SE.
