2002 Honda VTX 1800 Classic for sale. Deep, royal purple color (even though it looks blue in images). Lots of chrome. X Ultimate seat for driver and passenger. Sissy bar, Vance Hines pipes, leather saddle bags and brand new rear tire. Needs new front tire soon. Electrical speedometer has not worked since purchase at 79,zero mile. and approximately. 3,000 mile added since. Simoncelli Funeral Services Held in Italy

Fans, friends, family members and prominent figures from the world of sports attended the funeral services for Marco Simoncelli at the Santa Maria Assunta church in Coriano on Thursday, October 27th. The casket was carried into the Assunta church by friends and members of the Gresini team, and at 3pm the services commenced. Flanking the casket  was Simoncelli’s 2008 250cc World Championship Gilera bike on one side, and his MotoGP Honda RC212V on the other. Also in attendance was FIM president Vito Ippolito and CEO of Dorna Sports, Carmelo Ezpeleta.

2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.

Street scrambler joins Honda's 500 family Honda is adding a new model to its 500 platform, introducing a retro-inspired CL500 street scrambler. The new CL brings back a nameplate Honda used in the ’60s and ’70s for lightweight off-road capable motorcycles. The modern interpretation draws on that heritage with the upswept muffler with stainless steel heat shield, round tank with tank pads, and gaitered forks.
