I'm leaving the state soon, otherwise I would never be letting go of this silver bucket of power. This is a shaft driven, 2007 Honda Shadow 1100 with only 7,751 mis. It has been well maintained and has all the extras you would need for a serious Alaskan adventure. Since you'll no doubt be doing some extensive traveling around our great state, I'll be throwing in these extras to help you get started:Contour Camera and Mount - That's right, that's a contour camera mounted to the handlebars. Perfect for catching a Moose running along the road. You can't always stop and take photos of the scenery but with this, you can catch it all.Airhawk seat - You'll want to get as much time on this bike as possible, so you'll need this to keep your butt from hurting.Travel bag - Works just fine for packing a few days worth of clothes and supplies. Honda Trademarks Hint at New Scrambler and Dual Sport 500 Models

CL500 and NX500 in the works Honda has filed new trademark applications for the names “CL500” and “NX500“, suggesting it may be preparing to expand its 500 range with new scrambler and dual sport models. The trademark for CL500 was filed March 17 with the European Union Intellectual Property Office, while the NX500 trademark was filed May 2 with the EUIPO as well as with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
