Honda Shadow description

2007 Honda Shadow Spirit with low, careful miles.  Excellent condition, with sissy bar.  Also, comes with original tools and owners manual.  New battery.  I had this on Craigslist for awhile, and everyone who came to see it, wanted it.  Unfortunately none of them had any money.  Serious bidders only, please. I will assist with shipping, but prefer local pickup here in Indianapolis, IN. See my other listings - we have another Honda (600cc) for sale. Buy them both (his and hers) and we'll make a deal!

The New Fastest Electric Motorcycle Lap, With John McGuinness + Video

Fri, 06 Jun 2014

Earlier this week, John McGuinness won the single-lap TT Zero electric motorcycle race at the Isle of Man TT aboard his Mugen Shinden San. In the process, the 21-time TT winner smashed the old lap record of 109.675 mph, setting an average speed of 117.366 mph from a standing start. To put that in perspective, McGuinness’ teammate, Bruce Anstey, aboard a sister Mugen, set the outright lap record earlier this week aboard his Honda CBR1000RR superbike of over 132 mph.

Hero Honda Rebranded as Hero MotoCorp

Tue, 09 Aug 2011

Honda’s former joint venture in India has officially rebranded itself as Hero MotoCorp, revealing the company’s new logo and signaling the beginning of a new era for India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Formerly known as Hero Honda, the joint venture claims a share of nearly half of India’s two-wheeled vehicle market. Honda decided in late 2010 to end its 27-year partnership with India’s Hero Motors, buying out its 26% share for $855 million, about half the market price at the time.
