I have for sale a very well taken care of 1998 Honda Shadow 1100 C Custom Mororcycle. The bike is black with all new 2008 tins for a much better look. The bike has never been down and has Cobra floor boards and a set of removable leatherlyke hard bags and a quick release windshade. The bike also has custom Barrons flame etched 7 in drag bars and billet mirrors with Flamed vibration proof hand grips. A nice custom tune and fresh oil change along with a new ricky stator stator and rectifier set and nice new front and rear rubber set. Bike has a very nice set of Vance and Hines full exhaust and a very nice Corbin custom seat and a new battery along with all stainless cables. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
2013 Honda CRF250M Launched in Thailand – The Supermoto Version of the CRF250L
Wed, 16 Jan 2013Honda has revealed a new supermoto version of the new CRF250L in Thailand dubbed the CRF250M. Like the L, the CRF250M uses re-tuned version of the CBR250R‘s engine, a liquid-cooled fuel-injected 249cc Single. When we dyno’ed the CRF250L in our recent 2013 250cc class dual-sport shootout, we measured a peak of 20.3 hp at 8700 rpm and 14.0 ft-lb.
