I found this bike in a friends barn and talked him out of it for trade with the idea of maybe making a trike out of it, but I have too many projects already so here it is. After a little work and some elbow grease I present to you a 2000 Honda Rebel 250 it runs like a dream and rides good even with my big butt on it, the tires are very old and it is missing one tail light but everything else is there. I put a new battery and new seat on her because the seat that was there wasn't really much left of it and it didn't have a battery.
It is not tagged or inspected but wouldn't take much to get it there though I wouldn't trust the tire for long. it does have a clear title and I do have it in hand so bring cash and it's yours... I have this bike listed as local pick up only but other arrangements could be made after purchase but that would be up to the buyer to take care of I will not be responsible for shipping or delivery. The Honda Collection Halls in Motegi
Fri, 14 Oct 2011I thought you may have to be from a certain era to enjoy the Honda Collection Halls in Motegi but I was wrong. This immaculate museum has hundreds of race and road bikes on display starting with the first ever (wooden) motorcycle built right up to the amazing machines Pedrosa and co are campaigning this year. Being part of the Honda owned Motegi Twin Ring circuit complex, I was expecting it to be a Honda only zone so was amazed to see lots of iconic bikes from other manufacturers also on display.
EICMA 2013: Returning 2014 Honda Models Announced

45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
