Honda Other description

This bike is a one of a kind new school cafe racer. Everyone loves the look of the cafe racers but they never have the pep you're looking for. Not with this bike. This bike started as a frame from a 1983 Honda CX650 and has been modified to fit a 1995 CBR1000 motor. The front end and rear are also from a 1995 CBR1000. The exhaust has been modified to an under tail with a Ducati muffler. New ZX6R front brakes were added, custom gauges, mirrors, headlight, rear sets, and dual shocks. The tank is from a CX500 Deluxe, the seat is from a Harley sportster with an old kawasaki tank that has been cut to make the tail section. New gauges, battery, chain, and tires complete the essentials. It's been wrapped in a carbon fiber vinyl wrap and the frame has been painted with a textured flat black to give it a "mean" look. This bike has a a lot of power especially since it is only sitting at around 200-250 lbs. The bike has been ridden and wants to go! I will still be ridding the bike to keep her fresh until she sales. One of a kind CAFE RACER that will keep up with the crotch rockets. You get the best of both worlds. This bike has a clean title and is titled as a 1983 Honda CX650 so insurance is dirt cheap. Feel free to email me with any questions regarding the bike.

Tested: Dual Clutch Transmission

Tue, 18 Sep 2012

Been blasting all around the UK on my Crosstourer DCT this summer. The bike is mega in a Range Rovery-posh and grunty kind of a way. But it’s that engine and gearbox that transcend the normal into new realms of brilliance. I’ve been doing my best not to bore people too much about DCT but it’s hard.

Hot on-board laps of Cadwell with Josh Brookes

Thu, 30 Sep 2010

You've got to be reasonably mental to ride a 200bhp Superbike on slicks around the narrow cart track that is Cadwell Park. We've met Josh Brookes a few times and we can vouch that he qualifies highly for the task in hand. That's a compliment, by the way.

Honda Zoomer X Prototype – New Ruckus Concept Revealed in Thailand

Wed, 28 Mar 2012

Honda Thailand unveiled a new prototype at the 2012 Bangkok International Motor Show showcasing the next generation of the Ruckus scooter. Known as the Zoomer in other markets, the Honda Ruckus is probably best known for its non-traditional scooter styling, with the usual tiny tires and wasp-like body replaced by a fat rubbers and exposed tube frame. The Honda Zoomer X maintains the original’s rugged-looking tires but instead of the exposed tubes, the Zoomer X has a boxy-looking structure, though like the original the space under the seat is exposed to the elements, so if you want to store something there you might have to break out the bungee cords.
