2014 AMA Supercross – Las Vegas Results

Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.

Ronax 500 – the Street Legal Two-Stroke GP Replica

After teasing us for nearly two months, German brand Ronax has revealed its 500cc two-stroke sportbike. Ronax isn’t saying it’s a street-legal replica of the Honda NSR500 that Valentino Rossi rode to win the 2001 Grand Prix world championship – probably because they legally can’t – but that’s essentially what the 500 is. Johnny Depp causes high-speed crash

I can understand that seeing Johnny Depp appear from out of nowhere might be distracting to a rider. Obviously not content with damage caused to the Honda in the video above (as a direct result of his on-track presence) Depp gets on the bike to go for a spin then crashes the bike himself. This is despite his previous Harley riding experience and some crystal clear advice about the 'killer clutch'.
