Honda Other description

2014 Honda Ruckus (NPS50), CALL TO SAVE $$$$ - Unique Is An Understatement. One thing is sure about the Ruckus: wherever it goes, it causes a scene. That’s because the design is so unique, with wide tires, a bare-bones frame and double headlamps. Underneath it all is a thrifty 49 cc engine that gets you wherever you need to go without guzzling gas, a V-Matic automatic transmission for seamless power in and out of traffic and an electric starter for a faster get-up-and-go. Add in our legendary reliability, and the Honda Ruckus is as dependable as it is fun.

Joey Dunlop on a V4 Honda at the '83 TT

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

Onboard video footage doesn't get a lot better than this: Joey Dunlop during practice at the TT in 1983 onboard a factory Honda RS850R. An 859cc ultra-short stroke V4 Honda that Joey mastered around The Island, later winning the TT Formula 1. Although the 'production' race, the RS850R stretched that to the limit.

Honda is recalling over 20,000 Shadows in the US

Fri, 29 Jan 2016

Honda is recalling 22,142 motorcycles from shipments produced between 2010 and 2016. The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.

Parrish's predictions for Silverstone MotoGP

I'm at Silverstone for the British MotoGP and Steve Parrish spoke to us all about his predictions for the podium. Parrish has gone for Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa to take the top three spots and spray the bubbly at the end of the race. Not too sure on his call though as I think Dani will be riding on a high after winning at Mugello and surely the speedy Spaniard will take full advantage and wring the neck of the Honda at the (supposedly) high speed Silverstone Circuit.
