Honda Other description

2010 Honda ST1300, Ready for the road. Come in and take it for a test ride. - Fast and luxurious is not an oxymoron. The sport-touring motorcyclist is a unique animal, one part long-distance hauler, one part canyon-carving ace. Comfort and performance have to be perfectly balanced in their machine, and that’s why there’s really only been one choice: the Honda ST1300. Gold Wing-inspired luxury and CBR-derived performance have been impeccably fused, with wind-tunnel-honed bodywork and hard saddlebags complementing a powerful V-4 engine, shaft drive, and a race-bred chassis. The result? A bike that’s equally at home swallowing up miles of blacktop as it is dicing through the twistiest of alpine passes. And all without ever breaking a sweat.

Honda Launches Dream Yuga in India – One of The Cheapest New Honda Motorcycles Worldwide

Tue, 15 May 2012

Honda, the largest (by volume) motorcycle manufacturer in the world has launched one of its least expensive motorcycles. Made specifically for the booming two-wheeler market in India, the 109cc Dream Yuga is set to retail for 44,642 Indian rupees. That price wouldn’t translate directly here in the U.S., but a simple currency conversion at today’s monetary values equates the rupee cost to $830.

2013 AIMExpo: Skidbike

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

One of the most inventive devices seen at this week’s AIMExpo is the Skidbike, a novel creation that helps teach riders the skills to balance and to master threshold braking. It’s a Swedish/American invention originally designed to educate riders how to sufficiently apply brakes to avoid an accident without the danger of tipping over and causing injuries. It uses an electrically operated hydraulic ram built on a hinged dolly to reduce front-tire grip, which drastically reduces speeds when traction is lost so riders can learn how to use the brakes effectively.

Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

Wed, 16 Apr 2014

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.
