2012 HONDA Interstate ABS, The Honda Interstate Base is a cruiser style motorcycle with an MSRP of $13,240 and is carryover for 2012. Power is provided by a 4-stroke, 1312cc, liquid cooled, SOHC, v twin engine with electric starter. The engine is paired with a 5-Speed manual transmission and total fuel capacity is 4.4 gallons. The Interstate Base rides on aluminum wheels with a 140/80 R17 front tire and a 170/80 R15 rear tire. The front suspension is a telescopic fork while the rear suspension is a twin sided swing arm. Front hydraulic disc brakes and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide stopping power. The Interstate Base comes standard with a one-piece, 2-passenger seat. Stoner Blows Away Competition on Final Day of MotoGP Sepang Test
Thu, 02 Feb 2012To be the man, you have to beat the man, and after the final day of MotoGP’s pre-season test in Malaysia, Repsol Honda‘s Casey Stoner continues to be the man. The reigning MotoGP World Champion didn’t let lingering soreness from the back problems that sidelined him for the first day of testing at Sepang slow him down. On just his second of 21 laps on the final day, Stoner set a blistering lap time of 1:59.607, besting second-fastest rider Jorge Lorenzo by 0.591 seconds.While there’s still some room for improvement to be found his Honda RC213V, Stoner will turn things over to the engineers and fly back home to Switzerland to his wife Adriana for the birth of their first child.

The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.
