Honda Other description

2010 Honda ST1300, ST1300 Sport Touring - Clean - Just Traded - - Fast and luxurious is not an oxymoron. The sport-touring motorcyclist is a unique animal, one part long-distance hauler, one part canyon-carving ace. Comfort and performance have to be perfectly balanced in their machine, and that’s why there’s really only been one choice: the Honda ST1300. Gold Wing-inspired luxury and CBR-derived performance have been impeccably fused, with wind-tunnel-honed bodywork and hard saddlebags complementing a powerful V-4 engine, shaft drive, and a race-bred chassis. The result? A bike that’s equally at home swallowing up miles of blacktop as it is dicing through the twistiest of alpine passes. And all without ever breaking a sweat.

Repsol Riders Racing Electric Minimotos – Video

Wed, 17 Oct 2012

Spanish oil company and noted motorcycle racing sponsor Repsol recently gathered its cadre of riders from MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and the Spanish CEV championship for a special race – on electric minimotos. Honda MotoGP riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa were joined by Moto2 racer Marc Marquez, his brother Alex Marquez and his fellow Moto3 racers Miguel Oliveira and Alex Rins and CEV racer Maria Herrera in the minimoto race. Hijinks ensued as racers grappled for position in the low-speed race.

WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report

Mon, 30 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.

Proof: Change chain, gain power

Wed, 22 Jun 2011

Point six of a BHP may not sound like much but, in my book, any gain is a good gain, especially when it’s as simple as changing a chain and sprockets. After all, you're going to have to do it sooner or later when your old chain and sprockets die their death. I’ve always been interested in what gains are available in the drive train.
