Honda Other description

2009 HONDA DN-01, Every dealer has their favorite customers. You know, the ones who buy a bike, then another. They come in,have a cup of coffee, chat. You watch them grow comfortable riding, and they tell you every time they visit how much they enjoy riding. They are friendly and warm. Genuine. Denny was one of my favorite customers and pretty much everyone here at the store felt the same way. Gentleman. Soft spoken with the best smile. Never a bad word to say about anyone or anything. He wanted to get into cycling but wanted an automatic, so his first bike was this Honda DN01 that he loved. But it didn't take long before he wanted to shift, and he was back to get an Aero. He actually wound up riding the Aero more than the DN01 but kept both bikes. We were shocked to learn from his family that he had passed away unexpectedly. Which is how we got to get his Shadow Aero and DN01 back again. The bike is virtually perfect. Period. Just over 2,100 miles, Denny took great care of this bike as well as his DN01. Other than a few marks on the GIVI bags, there is not a mark on the bike! If you are looking for an automatic cruiser with tons of storage check out this one for sure!

2013 AMA Supercross Anaheim 2 Race Report

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

Ryan Villopoto claimed his first win of the 2013 AMA Supercross season and his first since the knee injury at last year’s Seattle round that kept him out of the 2012 AMA Motocross championship. The victory in front of 37,789 fans at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., made up for his disappointing 16th place finish two weeks earlier at the same site. His Monster Energy Kawasaki teammate Jake Weimer held the early advantage in the main event, taking the holeshot ahead of the Honda Muscle Milk duo of Justin Barcia and Trey Canard.

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.

2014 AMA Supercross – St. Louis Results

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

Don’t look now, but James Stewart is the hottest rider in the AMA Supercross Championship. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider won his third consecutive race and series-leading fifth victory of the season. But with Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto holding a comfortable lead with four rounds remaining, Stewart’s hot streak may be too little too late.
