Selling my 2001 RC51 for $3,500 OBO. Bike has new tires, brakes, battery, radiator, all new oils and fluids, chain, and front sprocket. Also has a Scotts steering stabalizer as well as dual 2 Brothers racing slip on exhausts and a corbin after market seat. Bike is down geared one tooth on the front sprocket and up two teeth on the rear sprocket and is extremely fast off of the line. The odometer is NOT true mileage due to the bike being down geared. Bike has less miles than what odometer reads. Odometer reading is: 18,XXX miles. CLEAR TITLE, and title in hand. Test rides will require cash in hand and M1 license. Bike does have scratches and blemishes from previous owner droping the bike in his driveway. Was not crashed at any amount of speed, previous owner tipped over while unloading the bike from his vehicle. The forks do have a leak and will need to be resealed. I have talked to four different shops and all estimated resealing the forks for around $450 or you can do it yourself if you have the head stand but besides that the bike runs strong and has no major issues. I recently bought a new bike and need to make room in the garage so this bike unfortunately has to go ASAP. ***WILL NOT TRADE. Mon, 23 Jun 2014Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes won both races at Misano to stretch his championship lead to 39 points as we pass the halfway mark of the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The reigning champion scored his third double-win round of the season while his teammate Loris Baz added a pair of second-place finishes. David Salom on the Kawasaki’s factory EVO entry was also the top rider in the new sub-class for both races to top off a strong weekend for the Team Green.
