Honda Other description

My superb PC800 has to find a new home as age forces down sizing. It is a lovely bike, maintained to the very highest standards by engineer owner. Not a mark or scratch any where on the bike, immaculate inside and out. It is equipped with seats by Sargent, has riders back rest,  2" bar pull backs, both easily removable.  Two RAM ball mounts for GPS and Radar. New Radial tyres. Original tool kit and owners manual still in original pouches. Fitted with twin FIAM horns mounted up front where they sure get attention.

For those in the know, 96 was the year to have, They benefitted with all the factory updates and were fully loaded. The 97 models suffered from factory price cutting by deleting several iconic but expensive style and finish.  These lovely bikes now have a cult following with steadily rising prices. Completely unmarked low mileage models like this one are now very difficult to find and rightly so fetch a premium. Fly in and ride it home. Seller will collect buyer from airport.

Casey Stoner To Test Factory Honda At Motegi

Mon, 22 Jul 2013

British publication MotorcycleNews.com is reporting that 2007 and 2011 MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner will test a factory Honda RC213V at the Twin Ring Motegi, Honda’s test track, August 6-7. Stoner’s shock retirement from MotoGP at the end of the 2012 season was met with skepticism in some circles, as many believed (and still do) that the 27 year-old, current Australian V8 Supercar driver would eventually make a comeback to two wheels. As it stands, HRC has no plans to enter Stoner as a wildcard entry at Phillip Island or Motegi MotoGP rounds, and insists the former champion’s services are being used strictly to help develop next year’s RC213V and the 1000cc production racer Honda plans to introduce next year.

Honda’s View of the Motorcycle Industry in Canada

Fri, 13 Aug 2010

Recently here on Motorcycle.com, we’ve been bringing you reviews of a handful of Honda scoots that are available to our neighbors (or is that neighbours?) to the North in Canada, yet remain forbidden fruit for American consumers. Reviewer Costa Mouzouris gave us a look at the naked CB1000R that Honda Canada is considering importing, the already-available half-faired CBF1000, and the entry-level CBR125R. Meanwhile, Honda’s competitors have also announced some new products for Canada that have yet to be made available in the U.S.

2013 AMA Supercross Daytona Race Report

Mon, 11 Mar 2013

Ryan Villopoto won his fifth main event race of the year at Daytona to take over the lead in the 2013 AMA Supercross championship standings. The win is the third at Daytona in the Monster Energy Kawasaki racer’s career, matching the totals set by Bob Hannah, Mike Kiedrowski, Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed. Only Ricky Carmichael, who designed the sand-based Daytona track, holds more Supercross wins at Daytona with five victories.
