 The Pacific Coast 800 has become a Classic bike. Easy to ride all day with a very low center of gravity due to the fuel tank below the seat and the compact V Twin 800 cc. Good to ride in town or on the highway, it does it all very well. A great ride for the seasoned rider or the new rider. This bike is low maintenance and reliable. Uses regular gas and has a very nice storage compartment, like a trunk. This bike has the owners manual and tool kit and is not modified in any way. Buyer responsible for pick up or shipping. 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Honda CRF250R Featured in Upcoming James Bond Film “Skyfall”
