Honda Other tech info
Honda Other description
Here is a true survivor, all original, 1983 Honda CX650 Turbo motorcycle with 24,238 miles on it. From the factory this bike produced 100 horsepower and is capable of hitting 140 mph. This is a very rare bike because there was only 1,777 of them made and less than 1200 imported to U.S. and Canada. This bike ran the quarter mile in 11.95 seconds at 112.4 miles per hour and has average touring range of 243 miles. With in the last 150 miles I have done the following: new tires, brakes, starter, starter clutch, fork seals, springs and fork fluid. This bike has fresh oil and filter, new spark plugs, new differential fluid and cleaned the fuel system, and runs great, very fun to ride. This bike has not been painted and it good shape for its age. The bike has a minor oil leak and some minor body damage. The bike has clear title and is sold AS-IS, no warranty. The bike is available for viewing while it is up for sale. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility. This bike is not sold as a new bike, it is used and in good shape. There is scratches and some cracks in the plastic and stickers are faded. More pictures are available upon request.

Mon, 07 May 2012Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.
Drool-worthy new trials bike
Fri, 25 Oct 2013THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
Honda Canada to Launch CBR250R Racing Series
Fri, 30 Sep 2011Honda Canada will introduce a new national racing series featuring the CBR250R for 2012. The news is no surprise as Honda has been running a CBR125R Challenge racing series as a support class for the Canadian Superbike Championship since 2008. With the CBR250R on the market for nearly a year (and reportedly doing quite well at that), a racing series featuring the quarter-liter sportbike was almost inevitable.
