2010 Honda V4 Teaser [video]

Based on the concept model unveiled last October at Intermot 2008, the new motorcycle is expected to be a sport-tourer powered by a 1200cc V-4 engine with variable cylinder technology which can allow it to run on only two cylinders to conserve fuel.  There are also rumors that the motorcycle will have a semi-auto gear box which will give the rider the option of going manual or automatic. Honda has a dedicated website for the V4 where you can enter for a chance to win a spot to be one of the first to test drive the new bike, unfortunately, the contest is only open to Europeans. Having a Randy Mamola moment

Back in 1985 Randy Mamola was captured on film performing the most miraculous save of all time, hanging on for dear life as his Honda NSR500 tried to fling him from his seat. Recently, we've seen some impromptu homages to the original with Jonathan Rea at Assen and the near-save from Jakub Kornfeil in the Moto3 race at Jerez. Now we have on-board footage of American racer Genki Hagata calming a high-side at the Infineon Raceway in California.

Honda VIP Package Available For Indianapolis MotoGP

For the 2013 Red Bull Indianapolis MotoGP event, Honda is offering a VIP package it has never offered before. Plus there will be opportunities for fans to attend interviews with Repsol Honda riders Dani Pedrosa, Marc Márquez and LCR Honda rider Stefan Bradl. Interviews with Pedrosa and Márquez will take place on Saturday from 4:30 to 4:45 pm on the Moto Midway Main stage, while Bradl and Livio Suppo, Repsol Honda Team Principal, will be interviewed at the Honda display tent (time to be determined).
