1982 Honda VF45, A great classic ready for an experienced rider or a new rider!!! - The 1984 Honda Magna V30, designated VF500C84 (VF500CL84 in California), was sold in 1984. Two colors were available: Candy Andromeda Red and Black. The HONDA fuel tank logo was straight, not curved in this first year. The headlight was chrome and rectangular. The horns were round. The chrome exhaust system was a 4-into-2. It had a chain drive. The engine was a 498cc DOHC 4-valve liquid-cooled V-4 linked to a 6-speed transmission. The California serial number began JH2PC1317EM000004 while the rest of the United States models began JH2PC1300EM000028. The 1985 VF500C V30 Magna was sold in one of two colors: Black or Candy Wineberry Red. The HONDA gas tank logo was curved. The headlight was chrome and rectangular. The horns were round. Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
Isle of Man TT 2012: Superstock TT Results
Mon, 04 Jun 2012John McGuinness put another notch in his belt, capturing his 19th career victory in the Isle of Man TT by winning the Royal London 360 Superstock TT race. Despite leading all active racers in TT wins, the Superstock victory was just the first in that category for McGuinness. The Honda rider led from start to finish in the four-lap Superstock TT race.
Honda CBR250R Sticking Around for 2014, Getting Facelift to Match New CBR300R

The assumption was the 286cc CBR300R would replace the CBR250R as Honda’s entry-level sportbike. The CBR250R isn’t completely disappearing however, as Honda announced the 2014 version will be appearing at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, Nov.
